Biography: Michael Jordan Dyer was born in Oakland, California in 1954 and graduated from Thomas Downey High School in Modesto, California in 1972.  He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1983.  He is married and the father of three children, Amanda, Dustin and Christopher.  He was very active in his local Little League as a coach and  board member during his children's playing days.  He remains actively involved in their high school and college endeavors.
